Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s safety compromised

Jennifer Garner quickly aquired a court order to protect herself, Ben Affleck and little Violet from a stalker who she believes poses quite a big threat.

TMZ.com confirmed today that a Mr. Steven Burky, who has been a super-fan and stalker of Jennifer Garner since 2002, has been ordered to completely stay away from the Garner-Affleck family.

Steven Burky, who has followed Jennifer Garner cross-country for several years, repeatedly freaked her out by sending her flowers, packages, notes and cards. He finally crossed the line with testing her patience when he recently showed up at her home to inform her that God had sent him an image of her being persecuted in a way that would result in her death. After this creepy encounter, Garner fled for federal help.

Pregnant with her second child, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are taking no small threats lightly. Steven Burky, who obviously has psychological issues, has recently written several bizzare blogs concerning human sacrifice and religion. LAPD has stepped up to the plate to provide some serious protection to Jen and Ben’s little family.
