Banksy and Shepard Fairey have paved way with MBW to put together his first major Los Angeles showing, putting Mr. Brainwashed, a.k.a. Thierry Guetta, who began his career as a French documentary film maker and now is the most prominent pop artists on the scene today. The work of “Life is beautiful” has its roots in pop art,  as Warhol, MBW wants to focus the consumer culture and entertainment as themes of the sample. Pointing to the images of popular culture as the principles of where it departed pop art.
