Flavo{u}r 21 is a spice collection from Laura Santtini—a chef, consultant and restaurant manager who knows what tastes good. The collection is made up of all new spice combinations under mysterious names like The Seasoner, Abracadabra and Angel Dust.

The Seasoner, otherwise known as the 'Salt of the Earth' is ideal for adding a kick to dishes like salads and fish. It's made from an intriguing combination of dry spices including lemon peel, celery seeds and peony. While this is a light and refreshing spice mix, Abracadabra's base of cumin and paprika make it one that's better suited for anything you wouldn't mind getting a little charred on the barbecue. Finally, Angel Dust rounds out the trio with cinnamon, cacao and ginger making it ideal for sprinkling over warm breakfast dishes.
