While you have probably heard of a meatball sub before or even ramen being used as buns, this spaghetti meatball sandwich takes things to a whole new (and infinitely epic) level. Currently a special at The Carving Board restaurant in Los Angeles, the Spaghetti and Meatballwich is a sliced beef meatball sandwich with 'bread' made out of parmesan and spaghetti noodles, lots of melted mozzarella cheese and garlic basil marinara sauce. It also comes with a side of french fries and more marinara for dipping.

If you are the kind of person who got in trouble for eating your pasta with your hands (hopefully as a child), the spaghetti meatball sandwich lets you revert back to this behavior in a socially acceptable way.
