The Sony Personal 3D Viewer Immerses You in Entertainment Media

At the 2012 Tokyo Game Show, attendees got a first-hand look at the new Sony Personal 3D Viewer.

Dubbed the HMZ-T2, the Sony Personal 3D Viewer does not only make you look like you're from the future, but it's also a serious entertainment powerhouse. Among the many features touted by the device, some of the more prominent include a crystal clear HD screen, authentic 3D imaging, 360 degree surround sound, Blu-ray support and Playstation 3 connectivity.

It's also got a number of viewing options depending on the kind of media you're viewing. For example, there's a 24P True Cinema mode designed for slower paced movies, and a Clear mode action-packed features. There's even an Auto Color Temperature feature that has the effect of drastically improving picture quality.

According to the official product site, the Sony Personal 3D viewer is scheduled for release on October 13th, 2012.
