Record companies and studios have tried very hard to keep copyrights intact online--no small feat on sites like YouTube. Someone at Sony was perhaps going a little too far, however, when they blocked Beyonce's new video on her own YouTube channel. It would seem that Sony accused Beyonce of plagiarism by blocking the video.
While it makes sense to protect original material, it's a little counterproductive to protect it from the studio's own artists. Check out Beyonce's YouTube channel to see what Sony will allow you to watch.
