India-based SPASM Design Architects created the Soaring Rock House, a unique and modern retreat that offers the best of outdoor living.
Celebrating it's surroundings, the home blends into nature, geography and climate, pulling inspiration from the reservoir and mountain range below. Set on a four-tonne rock, the home appears as though it is floating with a linear and horizontal floorplan. Predominantly facing farmlands, the house uses an earthy color scheme to allow for a flowing indoor-outdoor living scheme. Adding large sliding glass doors to the rear, the design team created a living space that seems larger than life while offering stunning views of the sunset.
The new Soaring Rock House echoes nature in all design aspects to create a modern yet comfortable space for family to come together.
