Embracing the fashion world's marbled fad, this sneaker DIY will make inexpensive slip-ons look like a designer pair of kicks. Fall For DIY's chic project is made using simple materials and will let out one's creative side.

The sneaker DIY project calls for a pair of inexpensive canvas sneakers, mod podge and nail varnish. After taping down the areas you don't want marbled, mix water and nail polish in a container and use white and clear varnish shades.

Once tested on fabric, apply a DIY marbling affect on a solid colored sneaker and the rest is history. Once submerged a few times, your shoe will be ready to dry and is sure to turn heads when paired with your favorite outfit.
