Although the Snapchat feature that matches to a user's face so they can add a fun filter to their photos or videos has been around for sometime now, the 'World Lenses' update will allow them to apply the filters to just about anything.

As Josh Constine demonstrated in a short clip that he uploaded to YouTube, the well-loved vomiting rainbow face can even be added to clouds -- making it possible for users to share an oddly surreal version of reality with their followers.

In addition to World Lenses, other new Snapchat features draw from Instagram in that they give one the option to conveniently rewind a story and to share those that they view with others.
