Samsung is Launching a Smart Fridge That Has a Giant Touchscreen

Being one of technological innovation's greatest heavy-hitters, Samsung is launching a Family Hub smart fridges. The fridge has an enormous touchscreen that offers a variety of functions, one of which indirectly includes colorful lighting for your kitchen. Compartments of the fridge can be cooled to function as either a wine fridge or a freezer, allowing buyers to customize settings such as temperature.

The fridge can sync to a phone and also includes the option to watch TV while you cook and play music, Another feature is the smart fridges' Tizen operating system, which contains pre-downloaded apps to use on your fridge, complete with reminder notifications.

With the Family Hub fridge, people no longer have to kill their boredom by opening up the fridge door and staring at their food -- now they don't even have to open the door. This is because it includes a camera that takes a picture of the inside of your fridge, accessed by touch. Most importantly, these smart fridge design include a shopping app titled 'Groceries by MasterCard' that allows users to buy groceries for delivery.
