'Polo Ralph Lauren' recently unveiled a series of smart dressing rooms that are designed to enhance the customer experience. For many consumers, visiting the dressing room is the least enjoyable part of their shopping experience. These advanced fitting rooms are designed to revolutionizing the in-store shopping experience by making it easier for consumers to try on clothes.

Polo Ralph Lauren's flagship store in New York City is now equipped with eight smart dressing rooms. These rooms are equipped with interactive mirrors that allow consumers to choose from a number of advanced features. For example, consumers can adjust the lighting in their individual room, they can view specific garments in different sizes and colors and they can even browse through recommendations based on what they are trying on. The fitting rooms even allow users to contract store associates without actually coming out of the fitting room.
