The Smallable Campaign Promotes Adult-Inspired Fashion for Children

Dressing children in clothes suitable for adults may seem controversial at first, but the Smallable campaign shows that if done tastefully these offsprings can look cute and chic at the same time. This is illustrated through the tweaking of ready-to-wear pieces. It is important to note that all of the fashion pieces featured in the Smallable campaign are very tame and sophisticated.

The Smallable campaign was conceived by the Young & Rubicam ad agency branch based in Paris, France. Art directed by Stephanie Pasteur with creative direction by Jorge Carreno and Robin de Lestrade, the images were shot by photographer Fred Lebain and retouched by Fred Perrot. What is particularly endearing are the little scissors in each shot. They suggest that a child made the cutouts. Stats for Cutout Clothing Ads Trending: Older & Mild
