Portuguese design magazine Relance uses slow motion photography in their latest ad campaign. The video represents the publications ‘compressing’ the vast world of design into their magazine.

A smashed mannequin depicts the subject of fashion, a bottle of Bordeaux, eggs and a watermelon splatter representing the food and drink section; the field of architecture is shown as a building crushed under pressure.

The use of slow motion or stop motion photography has become increasingly popular. People love to see unexpected views and details of ordinary things which without current technology we would not be able to experience.
