The Wild Sloe Berry Bitters were created by David Quinn who is known as a master of whiskey science. This entirely new and unique addition to the Jameson brand was released in New Orleans during the Tales of the Cocktail 2015 event.

In time for summer, this fruity drink is best served as a cocktail to elevate the boozy beverage. The Wild Sloe Berry Bitters are made by slowly maturing sloes that are immersed in a Jameson whiskey concoction that combines wormwood, gentian and ginseng. The sloe berries that are used for this cocktail are gathered from Lough Corrib and Lough Mask in County Mayo.

Summer is the perfect time to create new and exciting cocktails, which is the ultimate goal of this mixer. The new addition to Jameson should inspire and delight bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts.
