If you’re a Skype user, you know how cheap it is to make long distance calls. To drive the point home, Skype and The Viral Factory have teamed up on this live campaign: the Skype Phone Box Experiment.

The Skype Phone Box Experiment illustrates the company’s cheap international calling rates by supplanting a guy named Rob Cavazos in the middle of nowhere (but has a payphone nearby), and then encouraging people to call him via Skype. Cavazos has set up his camp for 10 days and will be taking calls day and night by any Skype user. Check out the campaign site and consider giving Cavazos a call!
