Is modeling through social media the new thing? Say it isn’t so. I’ve seen my fair share of homemade Facebook ‘editorial’ shots, but a Skype conversation photo shoot? I thought the calling service was beyond that.

Apparently not. Aussie photographer Darren McDonald has taken the medium and produced a sexy photo session with model Caitlin Lomax during their Skype conversation. Refinery 29 calls the Skype conversation photo shoot, “a surprisingly smart alternative to high-production beauty shots.” I don’t agree, but check out the photos and judge for yourself.
