Sky Ferreira is practically unrecognizable in her editorial Vogue Italia 2013 issue shot by Tom Munro. The singer has traded in her wildly unkempt trademark curls for a sophisticated, retro bob.

In fact, the whole shoot has a late-40s to early-50s vibe, with Ferreira languidly lounging on a teal love-seat in tight sweaters, fitted pencil skirts and vintage-looking trench coats. Even Ferreira’s bob and dark red lip appear to be a nod to the original 50s bombshell Miss Marilyn Monroe.
