I manage to both love and hate these stools. They are by Dutch designer Chris Bartels who took his inspiration from too-thin haute couture models, hence the title ‘skinterior.’ To do this he concentrates on representing the clothing (upholstery) not the model (structure).

This explains their rather bent out of shape, lopsided structure. However, despite this they are impressively strong and can be used as you would any other piece of furniture.
