iPhone Mods for the Visually Impaired

[Edit]
'Silicon Touch' Case|
This ‘Silicon Touch’ iPhone case designed by Bruno Fosi ensures that even the visually impaired can enjoy the touchscreen wonder that is the iPhone. The ‘Silicon Touch’ is engraved with a series of buttons that represent the buttons on the iPhone’s home screen. According to Fosi, all iPhone functions--like multi-touch capability and finger-flick scrolling--remain intact. Bruno Fosi’s ‘Silicon Touch’ iPhone case works in conjunction with an iPhone app that unlocks text-to-speech capabilities and tactile feedback. What an excellent invention to allow the visually impaired to enjoy an iPhone! Source: critica.us Via: yankodesign |
