I think street art should always comment on the world we live in and inspire walkers to stop and think. I love these black shadows by Spanish street artist Sam3. They are simple stencils, but very bold and powerful in their design, like the hanging man or the ladies’ feet in the tunnel.

At night, these shadows might freak you out walking through a dark alley, but on a clear day, they will amuse and puzzle you instead.
