We’ve been seeing a lot of lesbian influences in fashion editorials. Now, famed photographer Mario Sorrenti brings a dark twist to the sapphic affair in the June/July 2009 issue of Vogue Paris.

The editorial ‘Série Noire’ features models Guinevere Van Seenus and Eniko Mihalik engaging in aggressive yet intimate acts while styled in dark pieces by Carine Roitfeld. Vogue Paris scores with this combination of sensual and sinister.

Images of parked cars and piles of dirt communicate a sinister bond between these two females—one that goes beyond an innocent affair.
