Darth Vader’s mask is no longer ominous thanks to Serge Seidlitz. The talented UK-based artist has taken the visage of the sci-fi villain and given it a street art makeover, adorning the top portion of the helmet with Star Wars doodles, coloring the face piece and neck guard in a chic white and lining the inner portions of the helmet with red material. Overall, it gives this Darth Vader spinoff a kind of Dracula color scheme. Fans need not worry about all the modifications though, as Seidlitz’s creation easily retains Darth Vader’s badassery.
Part of the fun in looking at Serge Seidlitz’s version of Darth Vader’s helmet is in identifying all the scenes he illustrates onto the thing. The X-wing, Chewbacca, the AT-AT and Boba Fett are among the awesome things found in the doodles.
