Scientists Discover New Species of Toad in the Amazon

A rare new species of Toad was discovered by scientists in Suriname, an area in the highlands of the Northern Amazon. The creature is one of over a dozen different types of frogs, fish, beetles, and ants found in recent months.
This expedition was financed by two mining companies and conducted by Conservation International (CI).
