Shells are a notoriously strong material, so the Grilling Scallop Shells come as no surprise as an effective way to help cook fresh seafood and other dishes on the barbecue.

Coming in a set of four, the shells are heat-resistant up to 650-degrees Fahrenheit and have been harvested from off the coast of Ireland and Scotland. They can be placed directly onto the grilling surface to act as an individual cooking utensil and can double as a serving dish as well.

If the Grilling Scallop Shells aren't being used for grilling on the BBQ, they can be used as a way to serve small appetizers or even for dip, sauces or condiments. They're safe to put in the oven and even the microwave.
