If you only need a single glass of wine but don’t want to let a whole bottle go to waste, you need the Savino. Created by visionary and wine-lover Scott Travenner, this contraption lets you save wine for later, even days later, while keeping it as fresh as a freshly opened bottle.
Once you have poured yourself a nice glass of your favorite vintage, pour the rest of the bottle into the Savino, then place the stopper inside, creating a barrier between your wine and the air in the room. Finally, cover it with the lid and store it in your refrigerator. The elegant structure of the Savino makes it a great serving decanter as well.
