Sav has created a new intriguing wine called “Birch Sap,” as it is made out of the sap from a tree (surprising, I know).

Made amidst the ice-cool Scandinavian air, the sparkling wine has its main ingredients come from a birch tree.

Environmental engineer Peter Mosten came across this ancient recipe, which includes natural sugars, calcium, phosphor, magnesium, manganese, zinc and iron.

Who knew drinking could be so healthy?
