The Salvation Army and JWT Argentina agency have collaborated with five local fashion designers to take donated clothes and turn them into high fashion pieces.

The only materials used were clothes from Salvation Army. The designers put together the magazine-worthy outfits with these unwanted pieces, definitely making a worthwhile statement. Clearly, Salvation Army and JWT Argentina believed in the saying that "One man's trash is another man's treasure."

Implications - Consumers are looking for products that offer an eco-conscious element. Items that contain an environmentally friendly aspect are appealing to those shoppers who want to protect the planet. Companies looking to grow its name could further focus on their green-friendly side. Stats for Hand-Me-Down Couture Trending: Older & Mild
