Hedi Slimane has prefaced the Saint Laurent Fall 2014 Menswear Collection with a slick picture book, choosing a plethora of subversive and darkly comic sketches by the New York Artist Raymond Pettibon to serve as the invitation.

Raymond Pettibon's links to rock 'n' roll run deep, forming a vital subtext to the sonic and aesthetic story of Slimane's Autumn 2014 show. It's a gritty mix of varsity punk, layered with uptown polish, creating an incredibly dynamic men's look that boarders on the androgynous.

Pockets are high-set, perfect for strutting down the street while conveniently keeping your hands warm. There are even touches of Patrick Bateman's set on banker in the macs and trenches that Slimane styles with knotted scarves. Styles combine studded leather and slim, cropped pants with variations of tuxedo shoes.
