The 'S House 3' is the third and most actionable prefabricated housing prototype from Vo Trong Nghia Architects. After two prototypes were launched, modifications were made to improve both the house's construction times and lifespans. The residences were originally designed for poor areas in the Mekong Delta and other tropical regions.

The S House 3 can be constructed in three hours an will have a lifespan of over 30 years, with the construction of a single house costing 1000 dollars. The main structure will be built in the same manner, but residents will be able to choose their own finishing details. These housing structures are also meant to act as shops, schools and clinics, essentially forming communities out of the prefab homes. The S House 3 is also planned to be used in emergencies as a form of temporary housing.
