The Actor Galaxy is a Russian resort with a dizzying wavy facade. The building's curved shape follows the topography of the sloped land, creating a distinctive arc in the city skyline. Each floor is built with terrace barriers, all of which differ in their wavy shape. This creates an undulating visual effect making them appear that they are all in motion.

The interior of the building houses a massive drop in the center. This atrium is treated as the main public space where panoramic elevators are located. Also, this area houses stores, cafes and artwork. The massive atrium is covered in white and throughout the day creates interesting shadows and shapes caused by the building's glass ceiling.
