Swedish Architects TAF Draw Inspiration From Stretched Rubber

The Swedish architects TAF has created a collection of lamps based on the shape of rubber band. Presented for the Stockholm Furniture Fair and called Rubber, these lamps have aluminium shades and come as pendant or wall lights.
The idea and shape for the design came from the stretchability, flexibility and materiality of the rubber band. The lamps are available in white, black and beige as standard.
Implications - What I particularly like about these lamps by the Swedish architects TAF is that they have a great concept, but they are also very aesthetically appealing. I would love to have this love for my own home. I do not think I will ever look at rubber the same way again.
