“Psycho Buildings (at The Hayward Gallery) brings together 10 international artists who all create work exploring the idea of architectural space.” This one by Gelitin is entitled, Normally, Proceeding and Unrestricted With Without Title (2008). It is a rooftop lake, complete with three wooden boats that can be rowed around and right up to the edge of the building where the water (but not the boats) fall to the streets below.
