While many kitchens are already full of numerous appliances and utensils that go unused on a day-to-day basis, this simple and compact RMDLO colander takes up little to no room on your counter.

The RMDLO colander gets its name from the similarity in shape to an armadillo's hard shell. Unlike most colanders and strainers that are bulky and bowl-like in design, the RMDLO colander is made from a series of metallic strips. The use of strips is an ingenious design element because they are collapsible and can fold in on themselves when the colander isn't in use. The RMDLO colander also has two side handles that allow you to grip the strainer and compress the water out of your food. The best part is these colanders is that they can double up as super stylish metallic helmets.
