Singer Rihanna stars on the couture supplement cover of the September issue of Vogue Italia with photography by Steven Klein. Dubbed ‘Extreme Couture,’ the stylish film noir cover features Rihanna throwing water from a bucket in an extremely chic Valentino dress, complete with a metallic arm.

Vogue Italia puts out the couture supplement once a year, but I think the cover is fierce; it should have been the main cover.
