Robots are a favorite topic among blog-readers, and a growing phenomenon in many fields. This robot was built for war. The Modular Advanced Armed Robotic System (MAARS) carries a big gun that can distinguish between fire and no-fire zones so, it could potentially prevent friendly fire deaths. It can also save lives by putting itself into harms way rather than our brave soldiers. The gun can be swapped for an arm and its tracks can be traded for wheels.
