If you’re like most people and you have trouble getting a full eight glasses of water during the day, the simple solution would be eHydration reminder water bottles.
Designer WenHua Zhang created a thermos bottle called the E-WAT, but unlike most-if not all-water bottles, this one is equipped with a touch sensor directly attached to the thermos. The sensor detects the user's hydration level and notifies them when they need to ingest more water. Plus, it monitors your goals over time and keeps track of your progression.
It is important to be fully hydrated throughout the day, otherwise toxins build up, but so many of us are at fault and have a hard time remembering to get the full intake. This reminder water bottle will help you stay hydrated and healthy all day long.
