Faithful followers of Communism might want to book a flight to China to shop around for the Red Pad. The Red Pad is an aptly named iPad knockoff designed for the faithful supporters of China’s Communist Party. The tablet’s name is a play on words inspired by Mao Zedong’s ‘Little Red Book.’

The modern Red Pad comes pre-loaded with all of the apps a loyal Communist would need, including apps that give exclusive information into the latest happenings of the party. The tablet measures 9.7 inches, runs Android and includes WiFi and 16GB of flash data storage. The tablet was priced at a staggering $1,584 before being mysteriously pulled from the market before it could even hit store shelves due to public outcry that it was a tech-savvy propaganda tool.
