5 Recycled Bottle Christmas Trees (GALLERY)

If you hate pine needles all over the floor, and you’re looking for a way to make this your greenest holiday season yet, take a hint from the creator of these festive boozers that decided to create Christmas trees out of beer bottles. Featured in the gallery is a giant Grolsch Christmas tree in Montreal, Canadian Christmas tree made of Molsen bottles, another Grolsch tree in someone’s home, and a perfectly formed tree made of 1050 beer bottles by a university student (surprise, surprise.) More my style, however, is the wine bottle Christmas tree. Now you’ll have the perfect excuse to go through a few cases of beer or bottles of wine. Best of all, when Christmas is done, you can take your “tree” to the recycling depot and get a little cash back in your pocket!
