We would all kill for ocean views, but imagine going to work each day at a marina! H2Office are keen to develop “mini floating business parks” in marinas or other suitable water areas that are currently under-utilized. If you’re a marina owner, this could open up a new revenue stream by making use of shallow or inaccessible waters. For office tenants, this could be a great way to cut costs, and enjoy the scenery! Each floating office comes with enough space for one or two people to work in, has a break out area, external sun deck (to work on the tan!), kitchenette, foldaway bunks, storage space and bathing platform - sounds like you could live in too!
