Real Estate and Philosophy [Edit]

UrbaneSpaces,a boutique real estate agency specialising in architecturally distinguished properties sporadically has hosted events to raise the awareness of design and architecture amongst the masses. Their latest initiative- an exhibition titled ‘Gharbzadeghi’- fuses elements of critical theory, architecture and design. Inspired by sources as diverse as the Situationist International, Foucauldian theory and vernacular architecture, the exhibition sets out to question our perceptions of vernacular architecture and the political motivations behind it.
