Stronger. Larger. Lighter. Greener. The Triton Stormwater Management System is a welcome development in the world of storm-water control. Inventor Joe Miskovich conceived the idea after witnessing a stormwater breach in his new neighborhood during a torrential downpour. After further research into stormwater retention systems, he developed the Triton System. According to Miskovich, “If I didn’t have that issue at home, chances are I’d never know what stormwater is and what stormwater chambers are all about. It really is something to be able to say it started with an idea and here I am, making a living at it.” Check out the video here.  Growing concern about stormwater stems from research that contaminants carried in stormwater, otherwise known as nonpoint source pollutants, are one of the leading causes of water quality problems... Each raindrop that falls on impervious surfaces, such as pavement, sidewalks, and roads, can mobilize pollutants on those surfaces. Everything from automobile oil and grease to trash and debris can be carried by runoff into our lakes, streams, rivers and oceans.
