With celebs like Rachel Bilson and Alicia Keys in the audience, the Max Azria Fall ‘09 show at New York Fashion Week seemed like the perfect choice for the next femme fatale movie or music video character.

While other designers are experimenting with colors in their fall collection, Max Azria stayed with the traditional black but added an alluring sexy edge to it with body-hugging and see-through designs that featured an abundance of lace.

The overall look was sleek, chic and dangerous. This is what Catwoman would wear to the red carpet or a cocktail party.
