Puppet Singing - Ireland Eurovision Entry a Real Turkey (VIDEO)
[Edit]
Ruffling a fair few feathers Ireland have voted for a Turkey - who goes by the name of Dustin - to represent them in the Eurovision song competition. More serious acts are said to be spitting feathers and accusations of not taking the competition seriously flying about. But they would be wrong as Dustin is no stranger to pop stardom having sung with artists such as Chris De Burgh and Bob Geldof and released a total of six albums.
Entitled Ireland Douze Points the lyrics of his song - sung in a strong Irish accent - include an apology for River Dance and references to Terry Wogan’s wig. Lets just hope his act is poultry in motion and there is no foul play which prevents him from taking part.
The entry is of course a pun writers dream as demonstrated ably above :-)
