Developed in the neighbourhood of Ypenburg in the Netherlands, these handy bike racks were built as residential units, although they could definitely stand to become the norm in parks, schools, or recreation centres.

Oddly enough, one of the primary goals was to encourage social interactions between neighbours, when using the pump simultaneously.
