The Proenza Schouler Spring 2014 Campaign takes some cues from Dorothy's "There's no place like home" motto by filming the set in the brand's own backyard. Directed by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, these modern individuals made the conscious decision to film the entire campaign outside in an unglamorous setting.
It's difficult to predict the future of fashion when so many looks and styles are being recycled. However when they're filmed in a completely new way, mixing old and new, high-tech and natural beauty, it makes the collection stand out that much more. It almost resembles the style of a short film, floating in and out of consciousness in the midst of a dreamland.
The campaign is inspiring, forward-thinking and makes this spring collection highly anticipated.
