The Pretzsant Combines Two Very Powerful and Delicious Worlds

The pretzel seems to be the mix of choice for food mash-ups right now, so this pretzel croissant hybrid only seems natural to be next in line. While pretzels and croissants have more in common than say pretzels and donuts (which is also a thing), this is still a glorious marriage of food.

City bakery is the creator of this particular mash-up and in its short lifespan, it has garnered a fair bit of attention. The kicker with the pretzsant is that it's flaky like a croissant but is deliciously chewy at the center, which is an attribute from both its 'parents'. This pretzel croissant is also salty without being too overbearing with the sat. The combination of delicious doughs makes for an irresistible treat.
