The 'Prenatal Pilates' App Helps Expectant Mothers Stay Fit

'Prenatal Pilates' is a new app that helps expectant mothers stay fit throughout their pregnancy. Unlike other fitness app, this particular program addresses the specific alignment and postural changes brought on by pregnancy.

Prenatal Pilates is the result of a collaboration between STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer and Blue Sparrow Pilates studio founder Holly Furgason. The app includes a series of custom workouts that can be selected based on duration, fitness level or body part. Each workout includes vocal coaching and HD motion images to guide the user through the exercises. In addition, the app helps users track each set, rep, weight and rest time so that they can gauge their progress over time.

The app is ideal for women who are looking for a way to carry their pregnancy more comfortably and prepare their body for labor.
