The Preen Pre-Fall 2014 Collection is moody and mysterious, created by Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi. Complete with dark naives, cobalt blues, blacks and pops of orange from Asian-inspired floral prints and trims. Ankle skimming dresses seem to be a major theme in this collection, along with flowing shirt-dresses and chunky knit sweaters making the collection wearable.

The silk bomber jacket is an incredible feature that resembles distressed denim. Color contrasts make this collection a versatile transition from summer into fall, as it hasn't quite given up the vibrancy of the warm season, but still prepares us for what comes next.

The most important qualities in a pre-fall collection are transition and versatility. This collection accomplishes these qualities by mixing fall and summer garments with transitional colors and prints.
