Postmodern style has infiltrated the fashion industry for years, blending past and present styles to create a series of futuristic looks that hint at a coming age of quirky, almost apocalypse-inspired fashion. The new Street Style issue for Magazine Antidote features these futuristic fashion stylings to great effect, showing everything from neon-colored superhero attire to leather, studded dominatrix costumes.

In the Street Style issue, photographer Hans Feuer aptly captured each of the models featured in the issue around different city streets. Being called Street Style, however, is ironic, since these outfits aren’t commonly seen on the street, worn by normal people. The editorial’s purpose, instead of showing viewers what’s already popular, is to show fashion lovers what will become popular with time. In this way, Street Style is extremely avant-garde and predicts fashion ensembles that feature bright colors, loose-fitting designs and sports-related attire; if Street Style is correct, all of these fantastically unique styles will be hitting the mainstream market within the next few years.
