The Baja Beans Roasting Pop Up to Help the Community of Pescadero, Mexico

The Baja Beans Roasting Company created a pop-up cafe earlier this month in an effort to a raise hurricane-relief fund in an effort to rebuild the community of Pescadero, Mexico. An admirable endeavor, it shows that such projects as a pop-up cafe doesn't have to be solely to promote a brand or create a space for niche products and services.

Instead, the Baja Beans Roasting Company pop-up cafe uses its premium high-grade single origin coffee as a draw for a bigger and better purpose. Founded by the Tidey family, the brand's pop-up cafe, which was hosted in Vancouver, British Columbia, is inspired by their permanent cafe, which is based in Mexico. Only open for two days, it highlighted local snacks and treats that perfectly complemented the delicious Baja Beans french-press coffee.
